Advertising
Although our Lettings Department is based in Grays, all rental properties are widely advertised with full colour photos in both branches and featuring on our prominent window display. Your property will be advertised as soon as the instruction is received, appearing on our website within 24 hours until it has been let. As we aim to match Tenant and property as quickly as possible, prospective Tenants will also be notified via SMS text messaging and E-Mail.
We also run regular features in the Thurrock Gazette as well as via http://www.rightmove.co.uk/.

Full Credit Check
We conduct a comprehensive and full credit check of all prospective Tenants to find the ideal Tenant for your property so that you can be sure that the rental term will run smoothly and that rent will be paid promptly and in time, guaranteeing that your investment is protected. We can also, if required, offer a rent guarantee scheme to ensure your peace of mind.

As part of our service, we have access to a comprehensive database of electricians, plumbers etc.
